At its heart, a semi-private courtyard offers a quiet gathering space, while the front engages with the life of the street and the rear opens onto shared pedestrian paths. The design shows how even a small parcel can sustain multiple households while honoring the scale, rhythm, and social fabric of a walkable neighborhood.
