Sag Harbor Village Reduces Minimum ADU Size to 280 sf

In its last Board of Trustees meeting, Sag Harbor village adopted legislation that reduces the minimum Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) size to 280 sf. The maximum remains 600 sf.
